Hi,
I'm Sue Judge and I'm the owner of Infinite Wellbeing.
I am passionate about all aspects of health and wellbeing and I know from experience how important it is to prioritise this area of our life. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and member of BANT and the Complementary Health Care Council, I am also trained as a Mental Health First aider. I have three children and a Springer Spaniel, and as a business owner I am constantly juggling my priorities just like you. I have learnt over the years that my health has to come top of the list and I make time for regular exercise, time in nature, healthy food, quality time with my family and down time with my friends over a G&T or two!
My aim is to help you be the best version of yourself no matter what barriers may stand in your way, I offer a supportive and integrative approach towards wellbeing by writing and delivering a wide range of programs, courses, workshops and 1-1 client sessions. I enjoy continual professional development and I am a Living Well facilitator for one of the UK’s leading cancer charities Penny Brohn in Bristol. As part of my voluntary contribution I lead a weekly get-together in Bath for my local cancer support group called We Get IT for all those affected by cancer.
I am delighted that Infinite Wellbeing has a large associate group of extremely talented practitioners who offer a diversity of expertise from personal trainers to leadership coaches, and Tetramap facilitators to financial advisors. We can offer you one off sessions or continual support. Fermentation workshops or in house yoga.
If you would like to find out more about how Infinite Wellbeing can help your organisation or how I could support you personally please don’t hesitate to get in touch or sign up to receive news on upcoming events and partnerships.
I have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and am a registered Nutritional Therapist with The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
I have an NTEC (Nutritional Therapy Educational Commission) qualification in cancer care to provide nutritional support before, during and after treatment and beyond.
I am further qualified as an English athletics running leader, Level 2 gym instructor, ASA swim teacher and have completed an award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS).
I am privileged to be a Living Well facilitator for Penny Brohn UK and have created a corporate version of this course to further support this amazing charity.

Functional testing focuses on physiological function (i.e. how the body functions at a molecular, tissue or organ level), rather than merely the presence of markers of disease, like conventional medical testing. At most cases both are essential in order to draw a clear picture of the individual’s cause of health problems and specific requirements and to re-establish equilibrium using nutritional and lifestyle intervention.
